Alana and Alyssa
Alana De La Garza, an amazing actress, is a legend across the screens. De La Garza, a Mexican American father as well as an Irish American mother, was born in Columbus Ohio on June 26 in 1976. De La Garza soon moved to Texas, where she studied in physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last for long in Texas and moved to Orlando Florida where she experienced a variety of acting roles that included local independent films as well as world-wide commercials. Small roles didn't deter her from discovering she was a fan of acting. Then she moved to New York in 2001 and she got her first role in the role of Rosa Santos on All My Children, a daytime soap. Throughout the first decade of 2000, she acted small roles in JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. Her first major series appearance was on the short-lived 2004 drama The Mountain. De La Garza had the pleasure of working with some great TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggeggi. She was A.D.A. on Law & Order in the year 2006. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared for 85 episodes. Following a brief run, her character migrated into Law & Order: LA. This character was a hit and has earned De La Garza several nominations such as Best Supporting Actress - Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards and even several ALMA Award noms. In 2008 she took home an Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza was then cast as a recurring actor on CSI Miami. She played Marisol Deko as the husband to David Caruso's Horatio. In NBC's dark, dramatic drama Do No Harm she played her character of Dr. Lena Solis. It was eventually cancelled after just two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She was born Italian as well as having a 10 year old younger brother named Cory. Her family was strict and religious parents. Milano was able to begin her acting professional career when she was just seven years old. Her babysitter took her to an acting audition. With more than 1000 applicants they were selected as one of just four. Milano performed in television advertisements and off-Broadway shows including the first American musical version to Jane Eyre.
